ScoreBoard is a free online tool that allows you to monitor your company's credit card and debit card spending through the use of easy-to-read charts and graphs, helping to trend company spending patterns over various time periods. You'll also be able to input, track and trend sales and other business expense types (cash, etc.). ScoreBoard also offers additional reports that help you better manage your company's credit card and debit card spending overall.

ScoreBoard is accessed through U.S. Bank Internet Banking, so anyone who has access to the account through Internet Banking may access ScoreBoard for that account.

ScoreBoard is FREE for all Authorized Officers with a U.S. Bank Small Business Credit Card that have an Internet Banking account.

All U.S. Bank Small Business Credit and Debit card accounts are eligible.

ScoreBoard is updated once a month, by the fifth calendar day.

No. ScoreBoard does not replace your current U.S. Bank Credit Card Statement, Check Card Statement or other U.S. Bank online reporting applications you might currently use. ScoreBoard is a supplemental tool that provides a combined overview of your company's credit card and check card spending activity, plus additional reports to help manage your company's card spending overall.

Transactions in ScoreBoard can only be viewed by the Authorized Officer. U.S. Bank can research specific transactions if you call Card Member Services with questions, but we do not have the ability to view your categorized information as it appears in ScoreBoard.

ScoreBoard uses U.S. Bank-defined categories and only includes purchases and returns from your U.S. Bank Credit and Check Card(s). Financial management software like QuickBooks may include a broader picture of your finances.

Questions about ScoreBoard Features

There is a rolling 36 months worth of history available within ScoreBoard. Select the time periods you wish to compare through various date controls found on My Trends, Industry Trends or My Reports.

Yes. The default view for ScoreBoard includes all your eligible cards. However, you can choose to view just one of your accounts by choosing Select a Card from the dropdown menu. The results for the selected card(s) can also be downloaded into the various formats.

Yes. You can print the report in one of two ways. To print the page you are viewing, select Print from the ScoreBoard navigation bar and it will launch the print function from your browser menu. ScoreBoard will print the entire My Trends or Industry Trends page.
To download or save the My Trends or Industry Trends information available within ScoreBoard, select Download from the ScoreBoard navigation bar. Then select the format (i.e., PDF, Image, XLS [Version 2000 or later] or CSV).
To download or save a report, select a Download option from the radio buttons available in the report criteria section.

Yes. You can download the information from Scoreboard into Microsoft Excel, PDF, HTML or CSV format and then import into these systems. For information on importing date into QuickBooks, visit QuickBooks support.

Yes. ScoreBoard allows you to input cash and other electronic payment types through an easy-to-use editor. Simply choose "Settings" in the upper right to add your other expenses.

Yes. Similar to other expense types, you can also input your company's sales and take advantage of the easy to use graphs and charts in ScoreBoard.

Questions About ScoreBoard Transactions

ScoreBoard includes purchases and returns associated with your U.S. Bank Business Credit and Check Card(s).

These transaction types are excluded from your Total Spending because they may result in an overstatement of your Total Spending.

Visa® and MasterCard® have assigned every merchant to a specific category or classification. When you make a credit card purchase, U.S. Bank receives this classification along with information about your purchase, and we use this classification to categorize your transaction. If a merchant is a large company with many different departments, we cannot specify the department from which the item was purchased.

No. All transactions are automatically categorized based upon the U.S. Bank defined categories.

If one of your accounts is replaced by a new one, the transactions you made on the old account will continue to be displayed in ScoreBoard- the transactions from the old account will be associated with the new account.
