Step 2: Review and accept the Application Terms and Conditions.
Step 3: Complete the online application.
Step 4: Submit your application.

Getting Started
To apply online, you’ll need*:
  • a Social Security Number
  • a Driver's License, State ID or Military ID
  • to be at least 18 years old and a legal U.S. resident
Helpful tips: Our Privacy Policy allows your personal information to be displayed for 15 minutes of inactivity. If you’re interrupted or unable to finish your application, select the “Save and Exit” button and follow the instructions. You can save your application information for up to 30 days and return at your convenience to complete it.

Once you’ve submitted your application, please remain online to receive your final decision and information about product acceptance. You should get a decision within minutes.

We may change APRs, fees and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association ND and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

Your introductory APR applies to balance transfers and the rates are valid for six (6) billing cycles. The introductory rate does not apply to cash advances or purchases. We apply your minimum payment to balances with lower APRs first. Amounts paid over the minimum payment will be applied in the order of highest to lowest APR balances. Balance transfer fees apply.

  1. One-time 5,000 Bonus FlexPoints will be awarded when you are approved for a new FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa Card and Net Purchases totaling $250 or more post to your account within 90 days from account opening. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your bonus FlexPoints to be credited to your FlexPerks account. You are eligible to receive one-time bonus FlexPoints for each new FlexPerks Select Rewards account type. Existing and previous FlexPerks Select Rewards accounts do not qualify for bonus FlexPoints for a similar account type. One-time bonus FlexPoints do not apply toward account upgrades. Use of the FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa Card is subject to terms and conditions of the FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa Cardmember Agreement, which may be amended from time to time. This offer may not be combined with any other bonus offer. Offer is subject to credit approval.   2. U.S. Bank will credit your FlexPerks Select Rewards Visa Account with FlexPoints as follows. For Net Purchases, earn one FlexPoint for every $2. FlexPoints will be awarded as long as your Account is open and not 5 days or more past due at the close of your Visa billing period. We will not award FlexPoints for Advances, Convenience Checks, Visa Buxx, Balance Transfers, Interest Charges and Fees, credit insurance charges, or transactions to fund certain prepaid card products. We reserve the right to adjust the number of FlexPoints for Purchases or to stop issuing FlexPoints for Purchases on the Account, upon notice to you.
